Mis-sold Car Finance Update June 2026

We apologise for the delay in progressing your mis‑sold car finance claim. We would like to provide you with an update on the current position.

As of this May 2026, a legal challenge has been raised regarding the FCA’s (The FCA is an independent public body in the UK that regulates the financial services industry.  It is there to protect the consumer and Finance Services). method for calculating compensation. We believe the existing approach may be incorrect, and the outcome of this review could lead to a more favourable result for consumers.

The FCA has reiterated that securing fair compensation remains its priority. However, no hearing date has been confirmed at this stage, We are in close contact with them and will continue to work in your best interests.

We appreciate how frustrating this continued delay is, Please be assured that we are continuing to prepare so that we can act promptly and in your best interests once further guidance is issued. Businesses have been advised to continue preparing for the scheme until the FCA communicates otherwise.

We will be in touch in due course. Do not hesitate to contact us in the meantime.

NOTE: THIS LEGAL CHALLENGE COVERS ALL MIS-SOLD CAR FINANCE CLAIMS PRESENTED BOTH PERSONALLY OR VIA ANY LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. THE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE AWAITS FURTHER GUIDANCE FROM THE FCA.

WE WORK ON A NO-WIN NO-FEE BASIS WITH A FIXED FEE STRUCTURE.
